2. How to Initiate a Return

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the proof of postage.
4. Inspection & Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. You will receive a notification email once the process is complete.
